The staff here is nice and efficient; I had a really great stay.

My queen room had modern conveniences, including tea and coffee making facilities, a seating area, and a writing desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom - amazing. The staff were courteous, great and easy location close to shopping centres.

The room we booked was fantastic, with a jacuzzi, 2 double beds, and the air conditioner working well. the location was great despite being in a questionable area.

This hotel was conveniently located. The continental breakfast was adequate for a morning meal.

The room was in need of some updating with peeling drawer fronts and cracks in the walls. Walls are thin and you could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway.

The location is fantastic, very close to the casino, and the staff is extremely friendly and polite.

Breakfast in the am!

Rooms were small, you could barely move in the bathroom. No micorwave or fridge and super old and small tv. The pool room was freezing even though the pool water was warm?? The pool was also very murky. They need a hot tub in the pool area.

The bed was hard, the towels were thin and the breakfast was porrly stocked.

The room had two spacious double beds and was well-maintained, and the location was perfect for my needs.

It was a really great stay, excellant value and quiet place. Got queen room with hot tub, 2 double beds, as example as expected;)))

The location was great, as we were very close to the Alerus Center, a shopping strip, a racetrack, and the hotel.

The room was awesome! It was really fancy and had everything I needed. There were tea and coffee making facilities available, a nice seating area to relax, and a convenient writing desk 😊.

The bedspreads should be cleanes much more often in the smoking rooms, as they stank awfull which made the whole room stick smokey. I would consider another stay under these ciecumstanses.thats all that I think would be required to make your hotel a more pleasant stay. Most hotel rooms designated for smoking do clean their top sheats regularly unlike yours. Not much to ask, is it? Thank you
